General Application: SiC Ceramic liner/Tiles have excellent abrasion resistance qualities and can be used in pipes, cyclone, elbow, cone, spigot and hoppers in mineral processing plants and power generation.

• 1. Moh's hardness of SiC is 9 (Hv0.5=2400) which is higher than that of alumina (Hv=1800). Typically, SiC ceramics will last approximately 5~10 times longer than Al2O3 in different applications.
• 2. SiC products have uniform structure and good density. Its internal and external part are both wear resistant. Alumina products have the problem of inconsistent surface and internal densities.
• 3. With German technological formula, SiC can be processed into different sized, large sized and shaped products. 
• 4. SiC has low coefficient of expansion. 
• 5. SiC products are corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, oxidation resistant, etc.
